Your privacy is very important to us. We will not rent, sell, distribute, or release your name to anyone! Period. We want you to feel comfortable doing business with Cost Control Software.

Refund Policy:

Based on the evaluations received from past customers, we believe our Training Materials will meet or exceed your expectations. If you feel the class you took did not cover the topics outlined in the course description, send us a detailed written explanation within 30 days, along with suggested improvements to the class. We will consider your request and may issue a credit for additional classes, or refund your purchase price less a 10% re-stocking fee. You will receive a decision within 10 days of your written (e-mail) request. All sales are final after 90 days.

CD Duplication:

We ask that you DO NOT duplicate our CDs.

We put lots of love into producing quality training materials for Navision. If you want 2 CDs, please purchase 2 CDs. We will use the money to make more great classes.
